Above the baroque wine cellar of Lilienfeld Abbey, the Abbey tavern caters to the physical well-being of our visitors. In the past, the tavern served the monastery′s own wines, which were stored in barrels in the wine cellar. Today, the abbey tavern also offers hot dishes and drinks with a strong regional focus. The wine comes from the brother of our Abbot Pius from Unterdürnbach in the Weinviertel. The abbey tavern is run by Lilienfeld Abbey with its own staff.

Warme Küche bis 14:00 Uhr, danach Jausenkarte.
We are also open on other days for registered groups (from 20 people). We are also happy to help you organise your celebration and cater to your wishes.

- Our closing times and opening times should not be a hassle for our guests. We comply with legal requirements. Therefore, our employees′ working hours are limited.
- Finding and retaining employees is currently not that easy in the catering industry, but also in many other areas.
- Tips for our employees are welcome and will be split 100% among them.
